Repairing wooden floors.

Damaged floors can result from a number of issues, (badly installed, uneven sub-floor, bad conditions i.e. damp sub-floor.)
We at sf flooring have over 24 years experience in the hardwood flooring industry, we can eliminate all of the above problems before we start to think about laying any floor by checking to see if the sub floor is level, if not a self levelling screed can be used.
Dampness can be checked by taking a moisture test to check the relative humidity (RH) reading. If above 75 per cent, an appropriate damp proof membrane can be in stalled, weather it be liquid or plastic.
